Ahoy there ladies and gents.
I'm a fresh n00b from Australia and found you when looking for a solution to what is probably a n00b error.
I am using Excel 2007 (which was added to my customers intranet with the office 07 suite) and it automatically protects my worksheets with a password.
I didn't ask for one and never use it either so 2 questions:
1.How can I stop Excel from applying a password (which I do not know) as a default for all my workbooks?
2. Is there a default password that Excel uses (so I can unlock my previous work books, though I do realie that I can just open a read-only and cut and paste)?
Thanks in advance for any help.
I have just started getting into Excel alot more for work, so I can see myself coming back here often!
Cheers,
mikmak.
