Problem: I am working with a file in Excel 2007, compatibility mode because some users still have excel 2003.
Created table where columns have formulas that return a 1 or a blank. I created a pivot table from the data where the column values with 1 are conditionally formatted with green fill and green font. I just want to show a progress bar across columns as operations in column order left to right are completed. The blanks are brought in the pivot table as zeroes. I have not found a way to not bring in a zero to the pivot table, I just need a blank, but have not found how to do that.
I conditionally format zeroes to be white fill and white font. Everything works fine in 2007 compatibility mode, however for the users with 2003, the zeroes are not formatting. They are remaining black font. Each user has to go in and correct it.
Any ideas to help solve would be appreciated.
thanks! - Dave
