Hi everyone..
Situation:
- We 30 unique items each with a different price.
- 25 outlets to receive them
- Distribution trip is made once per month.
- For any distribution trip, total cost of items distributed must not exceed a certain preset total. i.e cost of items delivered to e.g outlet 8 +cost of items to e.g outlet 13 + etc should not go above total X.
Help needed:
- How on the same sheet, I can layout a table where monthly number of items can be entered per outlet. The single sheet is a requirement because this section is going into another workbook that I have already designed, would love to limit distribution to a single sheet. But if not possible on the same sheet, am still open to ideas.
- Auto sum of the overall total spend. This should auto add once entries for the next month are entered.
-(optional)Show a breakdown per item distributed, i.e an answer to the question "how many of item Ys have been distributed so far?". This should auto add once entries of the next month are entered
-(Optional) Show a breakdown of total items received per outlet distributed, i.e an answer to the question "how many items has outlet 14 received so far?". This should auto add once entries of the next month are entered
Thanks in advance for your help.
