Hello friends, I'm new to this forum, I'm just a noob in excel. I would like to get some help from you creating a bill for my profession. I work as a freelance tour guide, my bill has different pricing according to the different tours.

Like from Particulars from Si no. 3 I should have a drop down list for different tours (Just Text), I mean on particulars and when I choose the different drop down on particulars, it should have set amount for different tours that amount should reflect on 'Amount in rupees adjacent to the Particulars and in 'Total' Can anyone help me with this ?

Particulars option can be:

Half day Kochi City Tour (1 to 5 persons) =1368

Full day Kochi City tour (1 to 5 persons) = 1734

Half day Kochi City Tour (6 to 14 persons) = 1734

Full day Kochi City tour (6 to 14 persons) = 2636

Half day Kochi City Tour (15 to 40 persons) = 2300

Full day Kochi City Tour (15 to 40 persons) = 3012

If anyone can customize it, like I can change the value of the 'Amount' and add more options in drop down future, that would be awesome ! As the price/value constantly changes it would be great If I could customize it !

Thank you !
