ACCESS Query & Table List

Hi all!

Can anyone tell me the easiest way to get a list of all queries, tables (all Access Objects ideally!) in my database? Basically, i just need the list to be transferred into a text doc or spreadsheet etc.

In Access 2007, on the ribbon for database tools, select Database Documenter. I seem to recall that there was a similar tool in AC 2003/2/0
