Activate VBA based on check box

Yesterday I asked for some VBA for my latest project. It worked GREAT, many thanks. However, the code that is now on the worksheet does slow the sheet down, and also negates any cut/copy and paste commands. So my thought is to add a checkbox that will turn on or off the code. Does any one have a solution to this?
