Hi Guys,

I have a rota that has the entire year form 26/12/16 - 31/12/17 in column A from A2 down.
I have a row from each date with shift codes and staff names.

What I would like to achieve is to only show 5 weeks of rota and any given time.

Is there a VBA to hide rows and unhide.

So for example week 1 -6 shown at all times when data entered into week 6, week 1 is automatically hidden and week 7 is unhidden.

I hope this is making sense

Any help would be awesome ! You guys rock!

Hi there

A non VBA solution may be to use a filter. You would need to change it once a week, but it may be the easiest way.
