Add Second Criteria for Combining

I have the following code from a previous threat for combining rows. Currently it sums my qty based on UPC, and deletes the duplicates. However, I need it to sum qty for the same UPC, when the location is not the same.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Dccjr,
from your code I guess your UPC is in column A and the quantity in column D? In what column is the location? And would that mean that you would end up with a unique combination UPC & location with a total qty for each?
