Add (Sheet) Hyperlinks to search results from VBA search

I've created a "search" sheet to search through all sheets in my workbook, and return results with where I can find my searched term (keyword). Within the search results, I would like it to create a hyperlink to take me directly to that sheet in my workbook, but I cannot figure out how to make that happen.
