Add two cells and change sign to match third cell

Hello everyone!!!

I need help on how to sum two cells whatever the sign is and if a third cell is for example positive to result in a positive number.
for example

if the first cell is 100
second cell is -50
third cell is -25
the fourth cell should be -50 (+) -25=-75 but because the first cell is a positive number i want to show me +75(instead of-75)

Do you normally enter formulas using a comma to separate the arguments, or a semi-colon (or something else)?

What I'm asking is how do you normally enter formulas? If your regional settings aren't the same as mine, you'll need to alter the formula accordingly. Equally, if you use a non-English version of Excel, you may need to alter the function name as it may not be ABS in your language.
