Adding a scroll bar to a cell full of text

I have a cell that has a paragraph of text in it...much more than any of the other cells like it, and to display all of the text would totally distort the size of my worksheet. How can i add a scrollbar to the cell (cell AE4) so that when i click on the cell, i will be able to scroll down and see the remainder of the information that is not already visible? Any help would be appreciated...i am fairly new to excel, so dumb it down as much as possible.

Don't use a cell. Use a textbox.
