Adding a website hyperlink to a cell where data is brought back using a formula

I have got a cell which is a vlookup from a master tab and is bring back website addresses. However, because I have used a formula to bring this info into the cell the website address isn't hyperlinked.

How can I set this up so the web address will automatically hyperlink so that you will be directed straight to that web address when it is clicked on?

Have you tried nesting the VLOOKUP result into a HYPERLINK formula?
