adding in boxes to my scatter chart ?

Hi,

I have created scatter chart (a time series one) which plots data for several series on a quarterly basis.

I am now trying to add in a box around the data points for each quarter.

At the moment I'm struggling and can only do it in MS Paint

Here is an example of what I am trying to do:-

Can anyone think of a better way of doing it ?
