Adding n number of cells

Hi I need a formula that sums up the values of n quantity of cells determined by the value of another cell?

Example:

In Column A I have
Row #- value
1 - 5
2 - 3
3 - 4
4 - 6
5 - 5

in cell B1 i have a value of 4
in cell B2 I want a formula that adds the first (cells b1 value) cells in column a.
