Hi

I have 15 strings that I need to add together to obtain a part number.

Is there a nice way of doing this rather than

string1 & string2 & string3 ... etc

Steve

Excel Facts

Shade all formula cells
To shade all formula cells: Home, Find & Select, Formulas to select all formulas. Then apply a light fill color.
Unless you want to create some VBA code to do it, your choices are using the ampersand, or the CONCATENATE function.
See: MS Excel: How to use the CONCATENATE Function (WS)

Note: It looks like in Excel 2016 they replaced the CONCATENATE function with the CONCAT function.
