I have created a pivot table that will show total sales for our company by salesperson grouped by year and then month. I have it set up the following way:

• Total Sales as the Value
• Sales Rep Name(s) in the Column Labels
• Years, Date of Sale, Contract Type in Row Labels
I have a salesperson that worked with our company for part of 2016, but is no longer employed. I still want his sales totals to be included in the calculation for the 2016 yearly totals. However, once sales #'s start rolling in for 2017, I don't want to see his info/name listed as a column because there will be no data. I know that I can filter by deselecting his column within Sales Rep Name, but that will take his sales #'s away from 2016. Is there a way to accomplish this?
