I am looking for a formula that I can use that will use a cell that contains a birthday to say how old the person will be as of a certain date. For example, if the birthday is 5/6/2000 (May 6, 2000) i want to know how old he will be on May 7. The result should be 24. If I want to know how old he will be on April 30, it will tell me 23.

If anyone can help, that would be great.

Thank you.

Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
Use:
Excel Formula:
=DATEDIF(A1,B1,"y")
where A1 is birth date
and B1 is the date you want to know the age as of.
