Alternative Fast Formula For Index & Samll & IF

Hi Excel Experts
i use this formula in large sheet and it takes me too much time in calculations
can you help with an alternative fast formula and get the same results

here is the formula i use
{=INDEX($A$1:$A$21006,SMALL(IF($C$1:$C$21006=H2,IF($A$1:$A$21006>G1,ROW($A$1:$A$21006),"")),1))}

{=INDEX($A$1:$A$21006,MATCH(1,($C$1:$C$21006=H2)*($A$1:$A$21006>G1),0))}
