Any formula which filters the changed tracks?

Hi ,
Is it possible to insert a formula to filter the highlighted track changes in a worksheet column?, i tried the Edit>go to > special> and validate the comment , but that selected only the comments edited by the user not by excel when highlighting the changed cells .
