Array Fornula via VBA - Stops macro Error 1004 Unable to set FormulaArry prop of Range Class

Good Afternoon,

I have added many Arrays in my spreadsheet in the past, But am stumped on why this line is stopping my script. I works when I manually type it.

ActiveCell.FormulaArray = "=SUM(IF(FREQUENCY(IF(Default!$B$2:$B$2000=""ATP Create ECI"",IF(Default!$D$2:$D$2000<>"",MATCH(Default!$D$2:$D$2000,Default!$D$2:$D$2000,0))),ROW(Default!$D$2:$D$2000)-ROW(Default!$D$2)+1),1))"

Am trying to add this on a TAB named people.

Please Advise if you see my error
