Assistance with auto-populating data from multiple tables to another table in Excel

What I would like to do is have the data auto-populate in the table based on the answers from the master table. Please see screenshots.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Author John Walkenbach was Mr Spreadsheet until his retirement in June 2019.
My apologies, I wasn’t clear. I would like for the data input on the environmental rounds table to auto-populate on the summary table

Data that is input on that table so it’ll be yes, no, NA, pass, or fail. There would need to be logic built in such that a certain number of ‘No’ responses equates a fail and vice versa to auto populate in the table as well
