Assistance with transferring data to required cells

In A1 Sheet 1 I am going to type a first name and surname separated with a space.

then in sheet 2-

I have a list of first names in column A and Surnames in column B in column C I have the telephone number.
When I type the first name and surname into Sheet 1 A1 i want the correct postcode to pull through.
Could anybody possibly help with this?

if you created a lookup column (or formula) that concatenates the two you already have, you could use that to index match Sheet1 and return the value you have

not sure how you translate a phone number to a postcode though :D
