Attach an ActiveX control to a file?

I used the Microsoft Date and Time Picker 6.0 control in one of my spreadsheets. It is a really easy way to use a dropdown to select a date. I have found, however, that some of my colleagues don't have that control installed so that when they open my workbook, they can't use the D&T picker. Is there a way to make the control automatically install or attach to my workbook so others can make use of the control?
