Auto complete formula not working in all cells

Hi guys, am doing some calculations involving time and for some reason, when I click on the little black square at the bottom right of the box, it doesn't always auto fill the cells below. Might it be to do with the fact that I stretched some cells because they were too narrow?

For example, I have in cell C19 the time 05-31
In Cell c20 I have this formula: =C19+TIME(0,3,0), yet when I click on the wee black square, it doesn't automatically place 05-37 in C21. Yet this does work in other cells.

Any idea how I can fix this? I'm going to use this ss as the basis for other worksheets and want to get it working as a template.

TIA
Jo

How to fill five years of quarters?
Type 1Q-2023 in a cell. Grab the fill handle and drag down or right. After 4Q-2023, Excel will jump to 1Q-2024. Dash can be any character.
Hello,

Will it have something to do with your way to enter a time?
If I enter in a cell 05-31, Excel interpret this as a date (01/01/1931)
Formatting this as a date will give me 12:00 and not 05:31.

See if it works better entering 05:31 as displayed.

05:31 should have a value of: 0.229861111111111 formatted as number

To quickly check the value of your cell : click on
Cltr + `
This is a shortcut to display formula but it also displays real value for date or time
