Auto copy / insert data options + dependent drop downs

Is there any way to get excel to automatically insert a group of cells based on the selection of a drop-down list? I have attached a picture of a simplified example of what I am trying to accomplish. There are a couple of follow up questions to this but if this is not possible there is no sense asking them just yet. The picture explains a bunch I think but I need an on going list to populate. The user will select the type of building, then select a room from that building and then answer the two questions. Since buildings will have multiple rooms and there is not way to know how many rooms they might have to input I dont want to predetermine how many time I offer the drop down and questions in the red box below. What i would like is each time the user makes a selection in D13 the cells in the red box would repeat itself/input below so they can make there next selection...etc.
