auto copy of info to other sheets

Dear forum.
We are selling advertising space in a new magazine. We have the varous advert locations listed on a spreadsheet (insdie front, back page, page 3 footer, display advert etc) and then have sheets set up for issue 1 issue 2 issue 3 etc. This works well and if we had different advertisers every month would be fine.
However we have advertisers who want a series of several issues (2 to 12 for the full year) and when we enter this on the advert (half of page 4 for example) we want to project this forward to the number of issue sheets applicable.
So for exmaple we are working on issue 4 now but have sheets created for issue 5,6,7,8,9,10 and 11 - if we sell an advertising space to someone for 3 issues then we want to copy the row data to sheets 5 and 6 as well as the sheet 4 that it will be entered on.

At present its all in row order not column but we are open to other templates that may work better

Generally, it is considered that business solutions should be obtained from the groups that have specialized in that field, such as the one that advertizes a the top of this forum.

A business has to be very sure of what it does, and it pays to have a professional handle each piece. If the professional is not available within the company, it is customery to hire an external consultant to do the work, for which the consultant will be held responsible and liable.

At the same time, it is certainly acceptable to ask for help here for a business, as long as it is fairly simple and straightforward. The bottom line is, if you are to make a profit with the solutions given here, the provider of the solution should also profit. At least, that is my opinion.

It doesn't matter what I mean. But, most of us here do try to help others, not so much for pleasure, as for doing the right thing for those in need.

If a problem is complex and for a business, it should be given to a paid consultant. At the same time, if a business problem is fairly straigthforward, we are not adverse to trying to help.
