What is the shortcut key for Format Selection?
Ctrl+1 (the number one) will open the Format dialog for whatever is selected.
Hi
Paste the following codes in the macro window (Alt F11)

Code:
Sub kkk()
x = Cells(Rows.Count, 1).End(xlUp).Row
For a = 2 To x
If Cells(a, 1) = "" Then
Cells(a, 1) = Cells(a - 1, 1)
End If
Next a
End Sub
Run the macro. It will auto fill all blanks with the previous value.
