Auto Fill

Hey,

-I have a formula which I wish to change only one cell reference when I do auto fill.

Example

100*(1+I3)^A4

I wish only to change the A4 to A5...A6....A7

I don't want to change I3 to I4...I5...I want it to stay I3...

How do I fix this?
