Hello all,

I have a excel (2007) file that I would like to automatically make a pdf copy of itself (basically the auto-republish feature website file types have in excel) every time it is saved. I know this is a feautre with .html (and the other web site file types), but I cannot figure out how to do this with pdf?

Also I need to do this without using VBA, as it is for some of my coworkers to use. Teaching turning off/on macro's has proved to be ..... not very fruitful.

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
