Automate Colour Change of Percentage Data Bar

Hi all, does anyone know how can I insert a second layer of colour onto my data bar at the back based on the percentage input? The first layer of colour indicates the amount of days needed for a project.

Excel Facts

Quick Sum
Select a range of cells. The total appears in bottom right of Excel screen. Right-click total to add Max, Min, Count, Average.
