automatic copy of toolltips from coloumn B to coloumn D as values

Hi

how can i by VBA or formula or otherwise do the folowing:
automatic copy of toolltips from coloumn B to coloumn D as values,
i would like the tooltips to apear as values in coloumn D in order to save the excell file as CSV and have them as text.
