is there a way to auto populate fields in a data entry form like seen below i would like to enter just the name and have the rego and company auto populate from a list and time . date , month and week auto populate at the same time of entry

my first problem is when i press alt+f11 on the keyboard it opens my connect window not the visual basic editor do you know how i could fix that

i am using 2016 excel it seems the instructions on video are different i go to insert and i cant see a form there to insert

Are you on a PC or a Mac?
