Tks in advance.

Excel Facts

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
We cannot see what columns you have posted and we cannot copy the sample data for testing.

MrExcel has a tool called “XL2BB” that lets you post samples of your data that will allow us to copy/paste it to our Excel spreadsheets, so we can work with the same copy of data that you are. Instructions on using this tool can be found here: XL2BB Add-in

Note that there is also a "Test Here” forum on this board. This is a place where you can test using this tool (or any other posting techniques that you want to test) before trying to use those tools in your actual posts.

Include the expected results with the XL2BB sample data and add any further explanation.

Sorry for that.

Actually, I do not know how to create the spreadsheet that I've mentioned; I gonna try to describe for you.

1) Column A with a KEY CODE, then Column B, C, D (Region, State, Street) after that Column E with KEY CODE and Column F with Historical;
2) Column A to D are flexible and E-F fixed;
3) What I need: When KEY CODE inside Column E match KEY CODE inside Column A, then organize by line (I mean put data inside column E and F at the same line of DATA inside Column A-D) and paint it GREEN; IF DO NOT MATCH, then do not need to organize and paint it RED;
4) Imagine that I will copy paste in daily basis informations from another spreadsheet inside Column A-D, but I need to keep the historical information to keep the tracking; so, I thought that if I keep the KEY CODE fixed in Column E perhaps is going to be a way to aligned the historical data inside Column F.

Thanks a lot for your support.

@Pietro Di Micio you need to select the range to be posted before clicking XL2BB (you only had A1 selected when you made post 5)

Thanks for getting XL2BB going. (y)

It is still not entirely clear to me as the columns you refer to keep changing. :confused:
Also, I asked you to ..
Include the expected results with the XL2BB sample data ...
If you have done that then I'm not sure what it is or how you got it.
If you have not done that then please do so. It might mean that you need to post two XL2BB mini sheets: a "Before" mini sheet and an "After" mini sheet.
