Automatically Highlight value in Other Column if it is not existing values of Column A

Let me know about conditional formatting or formula about auto highlighting. I have fixed values in Column A. If other cell values in Col B, C, D are not contained in the values of Col A, I want to highlight them automatically as soon as I type this values. Could you please help me. Thanks you so much. Let me provide a photo for significant view.
