Automatically replace number in hyperlinks ?

Hi,

I have some "template" in excel, that contain hyperlinks/formulas to other sheet in file.

Currently all of my hyperlinks/formulas are

=IF(NAME!C2="";"";NAME!C2)
=IF(NAME!D2="";"";NAME!D2)

...

I just wanted to copy paste my template for 30 another people (30 another templates), and than i just need to replace on those "2" to "3" or whatever number I need

=IF(NAME!C3="";"";NAME!C3)
=IF(NAME!D3="";"";NAME!D3)

....

Is this possible without me retyping every hyperlink/formula with just numbers, without messing everything else ?

e.g. I have like 2022 in my text in "template", i don't want this replaced also.
