Average every 7 day data

Hi there,

Need help to average column with "D" every 7 days for full year. Formula will be entered in another sheet with heading "week1", "week 2" till "week 52"etc.

I can do it with simple average formula, by selecting each cell, but thinking there must be easier way...any help is appreciated
