I thought I had seen and saved this topic previously, but can't find it either on MrExcel or elsewhere.
I have a bar chart and I want to colour the chart area (background) into 3 categories - low, med, high. In the past, I created chart with a transparent chart area in Excel, then copied it to PowerPoint where I created a colour image and pasted it behind the bars. A real pain of a process now that I have multiples of this to do.
Can anyone point me to a solution to do it more efficiently in Excel?
