Best way to identify all columns for a row that have a value of "Y" in a report or pivot table?

I have a data sheet that has a Type Product as a Row, and Product Name as a Column

I would to create a report that summarizes all Product Names under a Type of Product

Is the Pivot table the best way to do this ? If so i wanted to edit out the blanks ---

Is there a good VBA solution?
