Hi, I need some creative help. I have a table that is formatted perfectly for a computer screen but is too wide to print on regular paper without making the font way too small. The table itself is only 30 rows. I'd like to be able to still filter and all that if possible.

I got this far using copy/paste and transpose. Then format cells. But I don't want to do that with all thirty rows. And I can't see any way I'd be able to filter and sort since each row is now independent.
Is this a lost cause?

Excel Facts

Excel Can Read to You
Customize Quick Access Toolbar. From All Commands, add Speak Cells or Speak Cells on Enter to QAT. Select cells. Press Speak Cells.
What if you print the table in Landscape mode? It the font still too small?

Apologies for the delay. A bit of crazy life jumped in. Yes. I tried printing it landscape and had to shrink the font way too much to be easily readable.

Have you tried using legal-sized paper? 8 1/2 x 14?

Or Excel gives you the capability to define where your pages break when printing long and/or wide worksheets.

see Page Layout->Page Setup
