Blank lines in a spreadsheet

I have got a very long spreadsheet with figures and it has got several blank line in between several figures.

Does any one have a macro or knows of any other way i can remove them other than deleting them manually.

In ASAP Utilities there is a Conditional Row select function that can be used to find all empty rows and delete them
