Calculate end of birth year in which child reaches age 29?

Could you please provide a formula that will calculate the end of the birth year in which a child reaches age 29? Trying to project the end of insurance coverage for dependents that reach maximum age. Coverage terminates at the end of the calendar year in which they reach age 29. Many thanks!!!

Hi,
Correct me if I'm wrong but I think every year end the 31st of december, so if you have the child's birthdate, you just have to add 29 to his birth year:
=DATE(YEAR(A1)+29,12,31)
With his birth date in A1.
