Calculate hours worked in 15 minute increments

I have an excel worksheet where in and out time is entered (in military time). I need to calcualte the difference and display the result rounded to the nearest quarter hour and then use the result to calculate pay

Example:
08:05 in 15:45 out desired result is 7 3/4

Then 7 3/4 times hourly rate to deterime pay

I can get it to round to 1/2 hours but not 1/4 hour increments.

B1 = 15:45

=ROUND((B1-A1)*96,0)/96*24

Format as General or Number
