Calculating split times

=ROUND((D4-E4)*(-24*3600),0)
(e.g)
8:30:00 - 8:32:32.09= 02:32.09 152.0
start finish elapsed points

The above formula is rounding off split times in the example given to the nearest whole number.

Is there another formula that calculates the split so it can read ( 159.09 ). Instead of rounding it off the the nearest whole number.

=ROUNDDOWN((D4-E4)*(-24*3600),1)
