Call a picture from an If statement

I am working on a spreadsheet and want to call a picture based on an if statement. There are 6 main choices with 8 sub choices. For example: You wouls choose a car model with an X, and then choose a service also with an X. Them you would click a button, "Submit Request". the program would then display a picture of the service needed. Is this possible or am I crazy?
