Call center Occupancy Rate

Hello,

I'm trying to figure out the occupancy rate for each line, is there a quick and easy formula I can use on each line?

Excel Facts

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
Any hints you can offer as to what the 'occupancy rate' would mean?

Sorry, that still doesn't help me without knowing what the rest of the column headers mean. Perhaps someone else can pick it up.
