Can I use the inderct function to reference dynamic rows and columns

As always, if i have duplicated a post, apologies in advance, but I dont know the key words to search..

From previous help of a user, I learnt the first time, how to use the indrect function.

Its great for reading multiple sheets, however, I built my own lookup which works perfectly when it is a static cell reference, but can it be used when there are 2 variables?

I have made an example workbook, which looks likes sales, but this is not for a business, it is my own use in an online game.

I am trying to be able to lookup numbers, by month (which works), but also by using the player name. Can this be done?

I can use say the INDEX function with the Indirect
