Chaps, Can any body help me?

I need to give cell (D) a green back ground colour when the number in cell (D) matches the number in cell (A).Cell (D) is calcualating the addition of cell B and C which are in-turn percentages of cell A. , I.E 50%*(A)+50%*(B) I then need cell (D) background to turn red if the number is greater than the number in Cell (A)
Can any body help please.
Regards,
Lee
