Change the current Symbol

I am using Windings3 to get 2 kind of arrows to denote 'down pressure' & 'up pressure'

Currently L & M gives represents itself into ONLY 1 arrows for each cell.
My requirement is: Can the arrow numbers be made TWO (in each cell using Windings3) to denote 'double down pressure' & 'double up pressure'.? If yes, how?

Clean answer. Is it possible to make the 2LL in 2 different font color?

Not in a formula, if they were typed in manually you could highlight each one (the L or the M) and color it how you like, or you could use VBA to make them.
