Hi all,

I know I've seen this before where a table heading cell had the text diagonally aligned and the cell sides were diagonal too but I cant seem to find how to get that done.

I've looking in Help and searched this site but couldn't find a solution.

Thanks

Colm.

Excel Facts

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
you can give the text an angle in the cell properties window(second tab, far right).
If you have done this, and you set borders for the cell, the borders will have the same angle.

Genius!!

I've been useing that text Alignment/Orientation option for years but didn't know that if I added borders than they would align too.

Thanks
