Hello. I have 26 business units who perform their annual call tree test. I have 20 who have conducted the test. I want to be able to show on a stacked column chart where each month the bar gets closer to reaching 26. Very similair to a funds raided chart where the botton part grows toward the top. When I try to create a chart, I want the “26 Column” to remain static and the monthly update (in this case 20) show on the same column. Next month it may show 22 out of 26 and so forth. It seems pretty straightforward but I am not sure where I am doing wrong. The 26 total always adjust and the progress amount never seems to overlap the 26.

Of course I could just use a pie chart and focus on % 23/26 instead of the raw number of tests conducted but I am preparing a powerpoint with various charts that include several pie charts.
My manager wantrs a different look.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
